It was great tacos. The fish tacos are huge! You basically get 2 tacos in one.
The mariscos fried taco was great too, very fishy so you know its fresh but a little too fishy for me, its very similar to Jaliscos.
The place was pretty packed on Labor Day!

Not sure what the fuss is about, there's nothing particularly "amazing" about this food. The fried shrimp tacos are burned on the outside and the filling is a kind of shrimp "mush" that wasn't all that tasty. The chips were good but the salsa was totally tasteless (we doctored it up with the stuff on the table) and why they put cabbage in it is anybody's guess. The fish taco was tasty but again, not that different from other places.

The service is ok but inattentive, even if you communicate in Spanish (as we did), and it looks like they don't sell beer anymore, either. It's in a dicy area and I'm not sure I'll be back; perhaps the "cocteles" and "aguachiles", etc, are better than the tacos but I don't care for that stuff; what we ate was just ok, ymmv.

Highly recommend this location if your looking to have some Micheladas. The other locations do not serve alcohol. The shrimp empanadas are delicious & so are the aguachiles verde!

The food is delicious,  the agua Chile (green) is one of my favorite and definitely has a kick to it. Coming here again, that's for sure !

If you're looking for a fancy seafood place you're going to be disappointed.  This is the type of place you go to when you want some decent fish or shrimp tacos, ceviche, or campechana (Mexican seafood cocktail) and don't want to spend a ton of money.  This place offers great value and is hard to beat.  I don't know many places where you can order two huge fish tacos (Ensenada style) and a drink for $10; if you think it's because their tacos are small you're sadly mistaken because I'm a big guy and typically order 2-3 tacos whenever I eat there. I like that they have chips, the chile in the bottle is hot, and did I mention their pricing is great? :-)
